# Division50 | AI Team Workshop

## Sample agenda for a private business team

Illustrative full-day agenda. The final schedule, facilitator, group size, tools,
delivery location and follow-up are agreed in your proposal. This is not an
accredited qualification or a promise to deploy a production system in one day.

### Before the session

- Identify one or two recurring tasks for the team to practise.
- Confirm the group's starting level, accessibility and language needs.
- Agree approved tools, account access and software licensing.
- Select non-sensitive examples or materials approved for those specific tools.
- Agree how the group will assess a useful, accurate result.

### 09:00–09:30 | Your tasks, your starting point

Map the current workflow and complete a short practical baseline exercise.

### 09:30–10:15 | AI foundations and safe habits

Understand capabilities, limitations, confidentiality, hallucinations and the
role of human review. Compare a draft with its original sources.

### 10:15–10:30 | Break

### 10:30–11:30 | From vague prompt to useful brief

Define audience, source material, constraints and a good output. Build a
reusable task brief and test it against an example.

### 11:30–12:30 | Role-based practice, part one

Choose a relevant sales, marketing or operations exercise. Produce a first
draft, inspect its sources and document where it needs improvement.

### 12:30–13:15 | Lunch

### 13:15–14:15 | Role-based practice, part two

Refine the workflow and work through a second example. Separate reusable steps
from decisions that require a person. No live outreach or production writes.

### 14:15–14:30 | Break

### 14:30–15:15 | Quality checks and peer review

Check facts, calculations, brand fit, permissions and completeness. Compare
the final output with the agreed criteria and the starting exercise.

### 15:15–16:00 | Turn practice into a team habit

Document a workflow, assign an owner, and agree what to try next. Identify
questions that need a technical, legal or information-security specialist.

## Take-home resources
