What if a hire doesn't work out — is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every placement comes with a replacement guarantee: if a hire doesn't work out inside the agreed window, we re-run the search and replace them. Our bench depth and sales-specific screening make this rare, but the risk sits with us — we're not interested in placing someone who won't stick, and our model only works if our hires perform.
