How we engage

Four steps. From audit to compounding organic visibility.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We audit the site, the market, and the economics behind the customer journey.

Full technical SEO audit (crawl, index, Core Web Vitals, schema, internal linking), competitor and SERP analysis, and a working session on the audience, customer value, and real conversion. We map where organic should fit before changing a page.

  2. 02

    Strategy

We design the keyword universe, content roadmap, and link plan.

Core and long-tail keyword research anchored to commercial intent, topical authority map, on-page optimization queue, content roadmap, and a backlink acquisition plan calibrated to domain authority. Targets are pinned to a real customer action and business value, not vanity rankings.

  3. 03

    Execute

Technical fixes, optimized pages, articles shipped, links earned.

Ongoing technical SEO fixes, on-page optimization of 5-20+ pages, 2-8 SEO articles shipped per month, internal linking + content clusters built out, and white-hat link acquisition running in parallel. Search Console + GA4 wired so every change is measurable.

  4. 04

    Optimize

We compound what works and prune what doesn't.

Weekly and monthly reviews of impressions, clicks, conversions, and assisted value by page and cluster. We refresh decaying pages, expand useful winners, and retire content that is not earning attention or helping a customer decision. Timing depends on the site, market, competition, and work required.

What we run

Technical, content, links, and conversion under one roof.

Technical SEO audit + fixes

A full crawl audit happens on day one, followed by ongoing fixes for Core Web Vitals, indexation, canonicals, schema markup, and internal linking architecture. This is the foundation everything else compounds on.

Keyword research (core + long-tail)

Commercial-intent keyword universe mapped to the audience, buying journey, and real conversion. We find useful long-tail clusters competitors miss and connect them into topical authority maps the domain can realistically earn.

On-page optimization

We optimize 5, 10, or 20+ existing pages per month across title tags, meta, headings, schema, internal links, on-page copy, and conversion paths. It is the highest-ROI work most agencies skip in month one.

SEO content velocity

2-8 SEO articles shipped per month, briefed against real SERP intent + AI-overview formatting. Written by humans who understand your buyer, edited to publish, not to fill a content calendar.

Internal linking + content clusters

Topical authority mapping that turns one-off articles into compounding clusters. We engineer the internal link graph so every new page lifts the pages around it.

White-hat backlink acquisition

Editorial links come from relevant, real publications through digital PR, linkable assets, expert quotes, and partnerships. No PBNs, sketchy outreach, or link farms. We build the links that can survive the next algorithm update.

Search Console + GA4 configuration

Google Search Console + GA4 are wired properly, with conversions tracked, audiences segmented, and queries mapped to landing pages. Every cluster has a clean ROI signal, not vibes.

Conversion-focused content paths

Useful page → relevant next step journeys are built in. We do not ship articles into a void. Each cluster has a measurable path to a purchase, reservation, quote, job, appointment, application, demo, or qualified opportunity.

One search system · different commercial outcomes

The customer action changes before the SEO plan does.

Search intent, content, conversion paths, claims, and measurement must follow how the business actually wins a customer. A clinic, restaurant, ecommerce store, trade, and software company should not inherit one demo-focused funnel.

Search strategy changes when the market changes.

Each approved market guide has its own search demand, useful evidence, technical scope and customer-action model. Country and city synonyms do not become separate doorway pages.

UAE

SEO and AI search in the UAE

This page owns the Dubai and UAE agency intent. We will not publish separate near-duplicates for agency, company, Dubai and UAE word-order variants.

UK

SEO and AI search in the UK

The UK page supports both agency and company wording. Publishing separate synonym pages would split authority while answering the same evaluation task.

FAQ

Questions search and marketing teams ask.

Are you an SEO agency in Dubai or the UK?

Division50 is a Dubai-headquartered SEO agency serving the UAE, GCC, UK, and international markets. The same team runs technical SEO, useful content, and digital PR, while the keyword market, language, local evidence, regulation, conversion path, and link targets change by location and business model.

Do you guarantee rankings or organic traffic?

No. A credible agency cannot guarantee a #1 ranking, traffic number, AI citation, or commercial result. We commit to the agreed execution: technical fixes shipped, pages improved, useful content published, links earned, and transparent reporting. Timing depends on the site's starting point, competition, demand, and work required.

What's the minimum commitment?

There is a 3-month minimum on entry-tier engagements and a 6-month minimum on more content-heavy tiers because the work does not compound inside one quarter. There are no 12-month lock-ins. After the minimum, it is month-to-month with 30 days notice. We earn the renewal monthly.

How fast will I see results?

Technical SEO fixes such as indexation, schema, and Core Web Vitals often show measurable lift in 4-8 weeks. On-page optimization of existing high-intent pages can move within the same window. New content and backlink work compound more slowly, typically taking 3-6 months for clusters and 6-12 months for heavier commercial-intent terms. We pin expectations to your domain authority and competitive set in the strategy call, not to a generic timeline.

How is this different from other SEO agencies?

Three differences: (1) We are output-based. The monthly scope states which technical fixes, pages, useful content, and authority work will ship. (2) We start with the business model and customer action, then map the query universe and conversion path around it. (3) We will say when the economics, demand, site authority, evidence, or delivery capacity do not support the proposed search plan and recommend a different priority.

What's included in technical SEO?

The work starts with a full crawl audit using Screaming Frog, Search Console, and Core Web Vitals. Ongoing fixes cover indexation issues, canonicalization, schema markup such as Article, Product, Organization, FAQPage, and BreadcrumbList, internal linking architecture, mobile + page-speed performance, and structured data. Foundation work happens in the first month, with ongoing fixes inside the monthly retainer.

How do you handle backlinks? Are these safe?

White-hat only. Editorial links from relevant, real publications are earned through digital PR, linkable assets such as research, calculators and data studies, expert-quote outreach, and partnership content. No PBNs, link farms, paid forum drops, or anchor-text manipulation. We build links that can survive the next algorithm update and create compounding equity instead of a Q4 spike followed by a Q1 penalty.

Will the content be AI-generated?

AI use is not automatically a ranking violation. The risk is scaled, low-value content created primarily to manipulate search. Division50 may use AI to assist research, clustering, drafting, schema, or editing, but every published page must add original value, match real search intent, pass expert editorial review, and remain accountable to a named business objective.

How is pricing structured?

The monthly retainer is scoped to the technical + content + link volume you want to run. Pricing is quote-based, with no public tier list, because the right scope depends on your domain authority, competitive set, content velocity, and target geographies.
