ServicesAI Training & Adoption

People first. Practical AI.

AI training for businesses.
Built for real work.

Give your team the confidence to use AI in the work they do every day. Hands-on workshops and adoption programmes shaped around your roles, tools and goals.

Private team sessionsRole-specific exercisesReusable take-home tools

From experimenting to applying

The tools are only
the starting point.

Knowing what AI can do is different from knowing how to use it well in your business.

We start with the work: preparing a sales conversation, turning a brief into a campaign, finding an answer in company documents or choosing an AI pilot. Then we teach the skills, judgement and review habits that make those workflows useful.

A focused programme for business teams, not a coding bootcamp or a tour of hundreds of tools.

Choose your starting point

A workshop to get moving.
A programme to keep going.

Start with leadership alignment, a practical team session or a longer adoption programme. We agree the agenda and scope before you book.

Discuss this programme

Tailored quotes. Group size, preparation, delivery format and follow-up are agreed in your proposal. Software licences and production implementation are scoped separately.

See what your team could practise

Different roles.
Real, relevant tasks.

These illustrative exercises show the approach. Your programme uses scenarios selected with your team, not someone else’s generic playbook.

Example workshop exercise

Prepare for a better sales conversation.

Research is scattered across company pages, notes and past conversations.

Your take-home resourceAccount brief + meeting preparation checklist
  1. Build an account brief from approved sources.
  2. Separate sourced facts from assumptions.
  3. Draft relevant discovery questions and follow-up.

Inside the training

Understand it.
Try it. Check it.
Use it well.

We select the modules that fit your programme, starting level and approved tools. Short formats cover a focused subset, not every topic below.

01

Understand what AI can and cannot do

Build a shared foundation: language models, useful business applications, limitations and the difference between an assistant, an automation and an agent.

Put it into practiceCompare an AI draft with a source document and identify unsupported statements.

02

Give better context, not just longer prompts

Turn a vague request into a clear brief with an audience, source material, constraints, examples and a definition of a good result.

Put it into practiceCreate a reusable brief for one recurring task in your role.

03

Research, analyse and verify

Use approved tools to organise information, work with documents and explore data. Learn to distinguish evidence, inference and missing information.

Put it into practiceProduce a source-backed summary, then check the citations and calculations.

04

Create work that sounds and looks like your brand

Apply your tone, audience and creative constraints to copy, presentations and visual briefs. Review outputs for accuracy, originality and rights.

Put it into practiceBuild a campaign or presentation outline from a company-approved brief.

05

Build repeatable workflows

Connect useful steps into a documented process. Explore assistants and simple automation patterns, with explicit permissions and human review.

Put it into practiceMap a workflow with inputs, checks, an owner and an escalation path. Production integration is scoped separately.

06

Use AI responsibly and keep improving

Practise safe data handling, output review and sensible escalation. Set a baseline and choose where a follow-up check will show whether the training is helping.

Put it into practiceComplete a practical task and a peer review, then agree the team's next steps.

Useful after the session ends

Leave with a way of working.
Not just a slide deck.

Your programme materials turn the exercises into resources your team can return to.

Your workflow playbook

Step-by-step instructions for the tasks your team practises, with inputs, checks and clear ownership.

Reusable briefs & prompts

A starting library adapted to your roles and brand, with guidance on when and how to use each template.

Practical review checklists

Simple checks for facts, sources, data handling and quality before anyone shares or acts on an output.

A team adoption plan

Agreed next steps, responsible people and a follow-up approach appropriate to your programme.

How we work together

Built around your business,
from the first conversation.

Clear preparation, practical sessions and an agreed way to review progress.

  1. 01

    Understand

We map your team's roles, current tools, starting confidence and the tasks it wants to improve.

  2. 02

    Shape

We agree the group, agenda, facilitator, materials, data boundaries and delivery format.

  3. 03

    Practise

Your team works through guided tasks, compares outputs and builds repeatable habits.

  4. 04

    Apply

We hand over the resources and, where included, review how the team is using them in its work.

Train, build or run

Need skills, systems
or a delivery team?

Choose the support that fits. Training helps your people do the work; implementation builds the systems; managed services operate them.

Training does not commit you to a software subscription or a build project. If you need integration or ongoing delivery, we scope that separately.

Before you begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Is this for non-technical teams?

Yes. The leadership and team workshops focus on business tasks rather than programming. We tailor the starting level to the group and agree any technical prerequisites in advance.

Which AI tools will we learn?

We select tools around your organisation's approved stack and the tasks being taught. This may include ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or relevant creative and automation tools. Availability, account access and any licences are confirmed before the programme. Tool names do not imply a vendor partnership or accreditation.

Can you tailor the training to our company?

Yes. We start with your team's roles, workflows, existing tools and objectives. Exercises use non-sensitive examples or materials your organisation has approved for the selected tools.

Is training online or in person?

Discuss remote sessions or an in-person workshop in Dubai with us. We confirm facilitator availability, venue, travel and any other location requirements in the proposal. Language requirements are agreed before booking.

What does the training cost?

We quote for the programme, group size, preparation and delivery format. The proposal states the sessions, materials and follow-up included. Software subscriptions, travel and implementation work are identified separately where applicable.

Do you build our AI systems as part of the training?

Training includes guided exercises and workflow design within the agreed scope. Connecting live systems, deploying agents or managing production automations is a separate implementation engagement. Your team can learn first and decide later whether it needs build support.

How will we know whether it has helped?

We agree a practical starting point and review the team's work against task-specific criteria. Depending on the programme, we compare output quality, review effort, task completion and continued use. We do not promise a fixed productivity increase or guaranteed financial return.

Is this an accredited qualification?

This is practical business training, not an accredited academic or vendor qualification. Any record of participation and the assessment format will be specified in the proposal.
