Before we start
Your questions, answered.
What is included in the growth marketing package?+
The starter scope combines one paid ad platform, one landing page or funnel, CRM setup and automations, a monthly content calendar, 10 reels and 10 static posts, one monthly filming session, posting to one primary platform and monthly reporting. A video sales letter can be scoped where it fits. Confirm formats, revisions, integrations, production logistics and exclusions in the written proposal.
Does the package include outbound, SEO or GEO?+
Not automatically. The starter scope covers paid acquisition, an offer page or funnel, content and CRM follow-up. Outbound SDRs, SEO/GEO, events, extra platforms and additional production need a separately agreed scope. A broader company capability is not the same as an inclusion in this package.
Is this only for B2B companies?+
This starter page is designed for B2B and SaaS teams. Ecommerce and local businesses can discuss a tailored paid-acquisition and content programme, with purchases, appointments or booked jobs as the outcome. We would not use B2B meeting targets for a business that needs consumer sales.
What if we already have an agency or an internal team?+
Keep the work that is already effective. We can discuss a specialist service or a coordinated handoff instead of duplicating your current scope. A bundle is useful only when the included services match the work you need.
What is the minimum commitment?+
The starter engagement has a three-month minimum, then month-to-month service with 30 days' notice. Confirm the start date, renewal and notice terms in your written agreement. This is not a cancel-anytime trial or a promise of results within three months.
How is pricing structured, and is ad spend included?+
The managed service is quote-based. Confirm the service fee, media budget, software, taxes and any production or travel costs as separate items before signing. Additional platforms, filming or integrations should be scoped explicitly rather than assumed to fit inside the starter retainer.
How soon can we launch or expect results?+
We agree the launch sequence after checking access, brand assets, filming, approval availability and tracking. Results depend on demand, the offer, budget, creative, follow-up and the sales cycle. We do not promise a Week 3 launch, Week 4 lift or predictable cost-per-lead by month three for every business.
How do you keep the content on-brand?+
We use your approved brand assets, offer details and content calendar. Agree a reviewer, production schedule, revision allowance and approval deadlines. Filming consent and asset rights need to be in place before publishing; one session does not remove the need for preparation and review.
How do we measure whether the package is working?+
Review campaign spend, content delivery, traffic, enquiries and lead quality alongside CRM outcomes. Separate booked from held meetings and pipeline from won revenue. State the attribution window and any missing data. For a tailored consumer programme, use purchases, attended appointments or completed jobs instead.
